Returns and Complaints

Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example by sending an email to: kontakt@ktstunts.com.

Return the returned item to us immediately at the address: ul. Smolika 13, 91-357 Łódź, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts:

  • For contracts where we deliver a thing and are obliged to transfer its ownership – from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier take possession of the item,

  • For digital content – from the day of concluding the contract.

Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Payments made by you, including delivery costs according to the rules set in the regulations, will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of its shipment, whichever happens first.

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts concerning:

  • Goods made to consumer specifications or personalized to their individual needs,

  • Goods liable to rapid deterioration or short shelf life,

  • Goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,

  • Audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging if opened after delivery,

  • Provision of digital content not on a tangible medium, if performance started with the consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired and after being informed about losing the right to withdraw.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on warranty. It is best to submit complaints by email to: kontakt@ktstunts.com or by post to: ul. Smolika 13, 91-357 Łódź.

The complained goods should be sent to: ul. Smolika 13, 91-357 Łódź.

Due to the defect, you may demand:

  • Replacement of the item free of defects,

  • Removal of the defect,
    or submit a statement on:

  • Price reduction,

  • Withdrawal from the contract – in case of a significant defect.

We are responsible for defects found within two years from the date the item was delivered.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within two years from noticing the defect, but the complaint period cannot end before the seller’s liability period expires.

Your complaint will be processed (we will respond) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
